Temperature and humidity monitoring across multiple buildings

To monitor temperature and humidity across several buildings, put wireless sensors in each building and watch them from one account.

In Charlotte each building has its own sensors, alert rules and owner report, and the Portfolio page shows every building you manage, with its open alerts and offline sensors, in one place.

Sensors and alert ranges in each building

Zone sensors track temperature and humidity in lobbies, suites, server rooms and storage. Each one alerts when a reading leaves the range you set for it, so a server room and a lobby can each have their own range.

One Portfolio view for every building

The Portfolio page lists every building you manage, with each building's open alerts and offline sensors, so you can see which one needs attention.

Trends and an owner report per building

Analytics show temperature trends and comfort scores for each building, with CSV export and a printable owner report.

Building monitoring questions, answered

How do you monitor temperature and humidity in several buildings at once?

Put wireless sensors in each building and watch them from one account. Charlotte gives each building its own sensors, alert rules and owner report, and its Portfolio page shows every building's open alerts and offline sensors in one place.

Can each room have its own temperature and humidity range?

Yes. Each sensor alerts when a reading leaves the range you set for it, so a server room, a lobby and a storage room can each have their own range, in any of your buildings.

How is multi-building monitoring priced?

Per building: Charlotte starts at $499 a month per building for up to 20 sensors, on a 12-month term, and the sensors are included on loan. The site walk and installation are free, and the first 30 days after the sensors go live are free.
